This set includes 3 bundles of dried white sage, known as smudge sticks or wands, used for purifying sacred spaces. Traditionally used for spiritual cleansing rituals, smudge sticks are essential tools in Reiki, witchcraft and other traditional sacred practices and are part of the White Witch range of modern witchcraft supplies and self-care gifts.

WARNING: Sage is a powerful tool for purification and banishing dark influences, and must be used responsibly. 

Do NOT use sage whilst pregnant as it can cause miscarriage. In the past, midwives used it to induce labour.

Keep asthmatics, children, animals, and other sensitive individuals out of the way when smudging.
