Smudging Sage (Yerba Santa)

Often used in purification rituals and said to clear the heart chakra. The name means 'Holy Heart' in Spanish and it is renowned for its sweet aroma.

WARNING: Sage is a powerful tool for purification and banishing dark influences, and must be used responsibly. 

Do NOT use sage whilst pregnant as it can cause miscarriage. In the past, midwives used it to induce labour.

Keep asthmatics, children, animals, and other sensitive individuals out of the way when smudging.
