Smudging Sage (White Sage)

The best-known plant for ceremonial smudging. It can change the mood and energy of your room or surroundings.  Used for meditation and cleansing.

WARNING: Sage is a powerful tool for purification and banishing dark influences, and must be used responsibly. 

Do NOT use sage whilst pregnant as it can cause miscarriage. In the past, midwives used it to induce labour.

Keep asthmatics, children, animals, and other sensitive individuals out of the way when smudging.
