Our beeswax dinner candles are produced by a local candlemaker with whom we have been working for almost 40 years. We love these, and you can practically smell the honey.

A little about our lovely candle supplier.

His name is Ted, and the firm he founded, Moorlands Candles, has produced candles using the "hand-dipped" method since 1981. Mainly supplying wholesalers and retailers, their products can be sold in Gift Shops, Craft Galleries and Wholefood Shops in most parts of the country. You may have seen their specially produced candles in plays, in films or on television in period dramas. Ted's candles even illuminated the celebrations on Glastonbury Tor at the Millennium.

We offer a range of beautiful, natural beeswax candles crafted by Ted and the team at Moorlands, using sustainable beeswax sourced from Africa and the U.K.
