Burning incense sticks, incense cones or candles or using essential oils etc., is a great way to make all kinds of locations smell fragrant and create a relaxing atmosphere.

Incense can come in several different firms. We mainly stock it as sticks or cones but do have some incense crystals as well from time to time. Aromatic incense can be used for aromatherapy, meditation, mood enhancement and room fragrancing.
There are many different scents and brands available. We try to stock as wide a range of incense sticks, cones, and related products as possible because they are useful and uplifting.
Our best-selling incense without a doubt is the famous original SATYA BABA NAG CHAMPA variety (in the blue packet), and these can be found on the very last page of our incense department.
Individual premium sticks from Wild Berry come highly recommended also. These are available in our personal favourites ‘Fizzy Pop’ and ‘Dragon’s Blood’, plus a variety of other wonderful scents.
Here at Guru, we like to offer a wide choice and are always looking for new and exciting brands of incense at competitive prices, which may excite and interest our customers. Everyone has their own tastes and their own favourites, and also many enjoy experimenting with new aromas.

We also have attractive holders and burners for your joss sticks and cones etc. Please search our site for the full range of incense holders and burners…

Candles are another favourite line. They can come in many forms and make ideal gifts as well as enhancing any home. We are very fortunate to have Ted Thompson, one of the best candle makers in the country located not too far from us and we have bought candles from this wonderful man who we now regard as a dear friend for over forty years. He lives and works in Alston, hand dipping his beautiful candles for people all over the world, including us, Below are some pics of his candles (including the beeswax ones) and examples of Ted’s achievements.
His flares are what lit Glastonbury Tor on Millennium night. He has supplied candles to Harry Potter films and other high profile productions and also to The Globe Theatre…
How cool is that!!!
